Refund Policy

A refund will be given if the client chooses to terminate the training course at any time and for whatever reason. 

A refund will comprise of any unused training time. Training hours already used will be charged at our standard £45 per hour. There may also be charges for any tests taken that were paid for by us and a training material we have provided as part of your course. 

There will also be a small admin fee or £40 for any refunded courses.
